Everything from applying to getting paid, in the order it happens. It takes about five minutes to read, and you only ever need the parts you are up to.
You keep your own shop. We list the products you choose on the cørt shop, players buy them there, and you post them. cørt takes an agreed share of what sells and nothing else. There is no listing fee, no monthly fee and nothing to pay up front.
About two minutes: your brand, who you are, your website and how big your catalogue is. You are signed in straight away, so you can always come back and see where you stand.
A person at cørt reads every application. You will get an email when you are approved, and your account opens up the next time you sign in.
One screen, signed with your name. Nothing else switches on until you have done this, and you can read it back any time.
You tell us what you are happy to give, with a note if you want to explain it. We either accept it or come back with a number. Nothing moves your rate except an offer somebody has accepted, and you can see the whole conversation on your own screen.
Take the standard 20% in one press if you would rather not negotiate. Anything above 60% is refused as a typo. One offer at a time.
Type your shop address and we read your catalogue in one press: pictures, prices and stock. Some shops let us read them straight away. If yours blocks anonymous readers, the portal walks you through making a read-only key inside your own Shopify, which takes about five steps and also gives us exact stock numbers instead of just in or out of stock.
We only ever read your shop. We never write to it, change it, or touch your own orders.
Your catalogue appears as a list. Tick the products you want on the cørt shop and they go to our approval queue. Once approved, the shop lists them on its own within half an hour, with your photos, your price and your brand named as the maker.
You see only your part of the basket. If a player buys from two brands at once, each brand sees their own half and nothing of the other. You get the address to post to, what to pack, and what you will be paid.
You are shown what you receive, never what the customer paid.
One press to say you have it and you are packing it. It cannot be accepted twice, and the cørt team can see anything still sitting unaccepted.
Enter who you posted it with and the tracking number. Dispatch without a tracking number is refused, on purpose. Within half an hour the cørt shop sends the customer their shipping confirmation with your tracking on it, in the same thread as the order they already have.
Your money starts its clock the moment you post it, and becomes payable fourteen days later, once the returns window has passed. Your statement shows what is waiting, what is payable and what has been paid. cørt pays it and records the reference against it, so you can always match it to your bank.
out of stock damaged cannot post it
Use report a problem on the order and tell us in a line what happened. It goes straight onto the cørt team's screen, and the money on it stops until it is sorted. Do not just leave it unaccepted: an order nobody answers shows up as late and the customer is the one waiting.
No. You tick what you want us to sell and you can untick it later.
We re-read your shop regularly and keep the cørt listing in step, so something you have sold out of does not stay on sale with us.
Not yet. You can ask for it on your account and we will come back to you when it opens. Until then you pack and post your own orders.
No. Every screen is scoped to the brand signed in, and it is checked at the database, not just hidden on the page.
Reply to any email from cørt, or use report a problem on the order in question, which puts it in front of the team with the order attached.
